At Music and Social we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1.Returns Policy

All sales are FINAL however you are entitled to exchange your product if it is damaged or defective (Please be aware that this does not include damage by postal services) All items are items are crossed checked for damage before shipping. In the unlikely event that your item is not 100% suitable, You have [14] calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (All decks must be sealed and unopened) Your item must be in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the order number or proof of purchase.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 5 – 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  1. Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Conditions for Exchange:

Defective or damaged Items Only: We accept exchanges solely for items that arrive damaged. An item is considered defective or damaged if it is broken, has visible defects.


Proof of Damage: 

To process an exchange, we require proof of the damage. This can include:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item.
  • Description of the damage/defect.
  • Any other relevant information that can help us understand the issue.

Notification Period: 

You must notify us of the damaged item within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.


Exchange Process

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via Refunds@musicandsocial.com or Contact Form with your order number and proof of damage.


Review and Approval: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the damaged item.


Return Shipping: Once the return is approved, you will receive returns address. Please ensure the damaged item is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.


Replacement Item: Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged item, we will process the exchange and send out a replacement item. We aim to process exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the damaged item.
